Introducing the APODO Community, brand new for 2010!

We have spent several months planning a mixture of communication forums, central training days, new lessons plans and brand new materials for your Apodo and we are now ready to unleash them on the world! The Apodo Community will run from January to December every year and will include the following;

On-line forum:
So that you can ask experts and other Apodo users questions, find out about how other schools are making the most of their Apodo, share best practice and communicate with users all over the UK.

On-line resources:
Games and worksheets will constantly be updated and made available to you for your pupils. This will include support for existing lesson plans plus so much more!

Limited edition pods:
At least once a year you will receive brand new materials and lesson plans to refresh your Apodo. We can help to fill the empty pods and over time perhaps even supersede older pod fillings. This is a great way of keeping the Apodo fresh for both the pupils and the teachers.

New downloadable lesson plans:
Right now your Apodo has 87 lesson plans in the manual. We will regularly add new lesson plans online so that you always have something new to discover!

Spring cleaning kits:
If your Apodo is now looking a little dirty and well used, the cleaning kit will allow you to get it back to its former glory and check that you have everything you need in the correct pod.

Staff training:
Every year you will get the chance to fully train two new members of staff at a central location. This will ensure that new teachers will be able to get involved in the Apodo soon after joining your school.

Competitions:
Perhaps a 'fill the pod' competition with the winning idea being manufactured for all Apodos? Perhaps competitions for the best short story? The competitions will be a great way of celebrating talent in schools and making sure great ideas are recognised.

Lower 'Top-up' Prices:
If you find that you are using your Apodo so much that the materials need replaced, we have made sure that community members receive massive discounts on replacement materials. As much as 50%.

So what now?

Simply contact us and get your schools added to the Apodo Community. You will receive your logon details as soon as you return to school in January 2010 and you will be set for a full year of extra fun with your Apodo!
